The POWER TRAINING Olympic barbell is available in three length variants (150, 180, and 220 cm) and is perfect for strengthening and muscle toning exercises, thanks to its ability to support a maximum load of 320 kg.
Made with robust and high-quality materials, it features a chrome finish and bronze bushings to ensure fluid movements. The ergonomic 28 mm grip ensures comfort and safety during training. The weight varies according to length: 12 kg for the 150 cm model, 15 kg for the 180 cm model, and 20 kg for the 220 cm version. The usable length of the internal grip is 94 cm, 124 cm, and 131 cm respectively.
Ideal for use on benches, racks, in isotonic environments, or for free-body workouts, it is not recommended for CrossFit or Functional activities. The product is supported by a multilingual customer service, available in Italian, English, and Spanish.
